At A. Bryant Custom Clothiers Excellence is at the center of every garment we create. To ensure a smooth, clear, and professional experience for every client, we've outlined our policies and procedures below. These guidelines help us maintain quality, protect your investment, and provide the highest level of service throughout your custom clothing journey. Please review carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist you.
Payment & Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
- Remaining balance is due before the garment is delivered.
- Payment may be made via cash, card, or approved digital payment methods.
- Orders cannot move forward without the required deposit.
Measurement & Fittings
- Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings on time.
- If measurements are taken by the client or third part, A. Bryant Custom Clothing is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements. (Unless Stated Other Wise)
- Additional fittings may be required depending on the garment and tailor's assessment.
Production Timeline
- Standard production time is 3-6 weeks, depending on fabric choice and complexity.
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
- Production begins only after the deposit and all measurements are received.
Alterations
- Alterations must be submitted 72 hours after receiving your garment.
- Alterations requested due to weight change, incorrect client-provided measurements, or style changes will incur additional fees.
- Significant redesigns or modifications are considered new orders.
Refunds & Cancel
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds are not offered for custom garments, but adjustments can be made within policy guidelines.
Delivery & Shipping
- Local pickup and delivery is available by appointment.
- Shipping is available for an additional fee; tracking will be provided.
- A. Bryant Custom Clothiers is no responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Warranty & Quality
- Each garment undergoes a quality inspection before release.
- Should there be any craftsmanship concerns, clients must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the garment.
- Issues caused wear, damage, improper care, or third-party alterations are not covered.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and measurements.
- Communicate promptly regarding fittings, approvals, and payments.
- Follow garment care instructions to maintain longevity.
